TJ, a Freehold resident, has an exceptional and impressive list of business & managerial skills to his bring to Cowleys! As a former Senior Facilities Manager, some of is duties included overseeing security, procure contractors for repairs, training new employees, handle payroll, create standard operating procedures, and creating successful sales and marketing campaigns!

Some of TJ's hobbies include kayaking, fishing, bird watching, cooking, and gardening, but one of his favorite activities is singing the national anthem at Wall Stadium during auto races & parades!
