Full On Tear Out & Mold Remediation Needed in Home in Deal, NJ

During a severe thunderstorm, this property in Deal, NJ, got flooded. Due to this, mold grew all over the walls in the living room, the bathroom, and even all over the tile in the shower! It was so bad that full tear out and mold remediation was needed. The owner agreed and we went right to work.

The first thing we did, was remove all of the contaminated wood, insulation, tile, and sheetrock and then dispose of the properly. Afterward, we treated every square inch of the affected areas with our EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1. MAPS stands for Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions, and this solution attacks mold on a cellular level and kills it immediately. Next, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all the mold stains.

Once that was finished, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2. MAPS 2 encapsulates the surface that mold is growing on and renders it harmless, non-allergenic, and inert. One of the best features of MAPS 2 is that it'll reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth. Lastly, we replaced all the compromised wooden beams with new, sturdy ones.
