A Bad Flood
There was a flood in the basement and everything was damaged.

Black Mold Growing
Not only that but black mold started to grow. Black mold can pose various health risks, primarily respiratory issues and allergic reactions.

Tear it Out & Throw it Away
Since the structural integrity of the sheetrock was compromised, a full tear-out was needed. We needed to remove the sheetrock and every single item in the basement.

Part 1 - MAPS
Once everything was removed and disposed of properly, we treated the entire basement with an EPA registered antimicrobial solution called MAPS 1. MAPS 1 attacks mold on a cellular level and instantly eliminates it.

Scrub the Mold Stains Away & Apply MAPS 2
Next, we applied our mold stain remover, scrubbed any and all mold stains throughout the basement, and then applied MAPS 2.

Stops Mold From Returning
MAPS 2 is a patented sealant that encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. It's also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
