Mold Forming in the Corner of the Office in Freehold, NJ

Challenge

This business owner in Freehold, NJ recently had a water intrusion in one of his offices. Unfortunately, no one was present in the office for a couple of days due to everyone gone for a company retreat! During that time, mold started to form in the corner of the office and started to spread to other areas.

Solution

Since mold was growing underneath the rug and other areas, with the owner's permission, we removed and disposed of all the contaminated materials properly. Once we were finished, we treated all the affected areas with our EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1. MAPS 1 attacks mold at it's DNA and kills it immediately!

Next, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all the mold stains. Lastly, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2, which encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. The bonus of MAPS 2 is that it's moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
