Removing the Mold Before Selling the Home in Metuchen, NJ

This customer decided it was time to sell his father's old home in Metuchen, NJ, but before he could do that, he needed to get rid of the massive mold growing in the guest room! After investigating the guest room from top to bottom, we discovered that there was a water intrusion issue combined with high humidity levels that contributed to the mold growth!

Next, we applied our mold stain remover and began to scrub away all the mold stains. After that, we applied MAPS 2 throughout the entire guest room. MAPS 2 is a patented sealant that encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. It's also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
