Would be 5 but not sure how well the spray coats the surfaces - fairly breezy in the space above the tub. Also not sure how well it will treat mold living in the crack in the ceiling. Time will tell I suppose.

Some companies come in, look, guess at a price and never provide an estimate sheet. No way would I do business with them. Now I hope the mold will be gone. We could not pull down the ceiling since it was concrete.
