Contracting Foreman

COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $70,000, Full-time, Commission

SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Service Manager

We are looking for the right person who conveys leadership and communication while leading the service team on various job sites. The foreperson is able to adjust priorities to ensure maximum productivity and ensures that projects develop and are completed according to plans.  

Job Summary:

Do you have a solid background in carpentry? We are looking for a qualified, highly motivated individual to lead a team of service installers. A foreman that has the passion to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while serving a wide range of clients. The candidate takes pride and ownership of their entire crews work-- all according to quality standards, job specifications and safety regulations. Have the ability to calmly resolve or de-escalate any issues.  The candidate needs to have the ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals. Our customer retention is excellent and a professional appearance and attitude is what contributes to our success.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience managing crews of up to 6 individuals
• Perform quality control checks; ensure quality assurance on all phases of work
• Mold Treatment and Remediation
• Crawlspace Encapsulations
• Attic Insulation
• Structural Repairs
• Basic Math Skills necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service. 

Requirements:

• Willingness to follow company policies/guidelines
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards without supervision
• Honesty, dependability and unconditional ethics
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
